Terms & Conditions
Terms of service for authorized GSM, mobile repair, remote support & digital licensing at TF Tech Solutions.
By requesting a quotation, ordering digital products, scheduling remote support or presenting a device for service, you agree to the applicable terms disclosed before the transaction. Inherently risky work (including destructive flashing, invasive board repair and actions that may erase data) may require additional affirmative authorization.
These terms do not waive mandatory consumer rights or authorize any illegal activity. If you do not accept a proposed service or its disclosed risks, do not authorize that procedure.
Lawful Ownership & Customer Authorization
Customers represent that they own the device or hold sufficient authorization from its lawful owner or rights holder. TF Tech Solutions may ask for reasonable proof before performing FRP, account recovery, security-sensitive unlocking or device-restriction services.
We may reject or pause work where ownership is unclear, the device is reasonably suspected stolen or there is a material risk of unlawful access. Government ID copies are not routine requirements and, if exceptionally requested, are handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We do not claim a general right to confiscate property or report private information without lawful grounds. We will cooperate with properly authorized requests from competent authorities as required or permitted by law.
Prohibited & Illegal Services
TF Tech Solutions does not offer, facilitate, endorse, advertise or share instructions or information intended for illegal conduct through this website or its communication channels.
Prohibited requests include stolen-device servicing with no lawful authority; fraudulent account takeover; unauthorized FRP/iCloud/account/MDM circumvention; cloning, spoofing or unlawfully altering IMEI or other unique identifiers; unauthorized network intrusion; piracy or unlawful license redistribution; circumventing finance/contract restrictions without rights-holder approval; and using tools to access third-party personal information.
References to EFS, baseband, NVRAM, certificate or network diagnostics mean lawful diagnosis and authorized restoration of original device operation, not creation of false device identities. Relevant Pakistani laws include PECA 2016, as amended, including Section 18 concerning unlawful tampering with unique device identifiers.
We may stop or refuse such requests and, where applicable law requires or permits, cooperate with lawful investigation. A website description or inquiry does not constitute approval of a restricted service.
Customer Data, Backup & Inherent Data Loss
Firmware flashing, factory reset, DFU/EDL restoration, bootloader operations, storage-chip work, board repair and other procedures may irreversibly erase or corrupt stored information.
Customers should back up important data, remove unnecessary sensitive materials and disclose known problems before service. Data preservation or recovery is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.
Customers acknowledge the particular risks disclosed before an authorized procedure. Nothing excludes liability for negligent or unlawful service or any liability that applicable consumer law does not permit to be excluded.
Hardware Diagnostics, Heat & Dead-Device Risk
Liquid damage, prior repair, physical shock, corrosion, component fatigue, swelling batteries and electrical shorts can cause unpredictable failure. Micro-soldering, power injection, testing and disassembly may worsen an unstable device despite reasonable care.
Where material risk of irreparable damage is identified, we will explain the risk and seek specific consent before proceeding. No outcome or original factory water resistance is guaranteed after opening a device; manufacturer warranty consequences depend on the manufacturer terms and applicable law.
Acceptance of an explained inherent risk is not a waiver of rights arising from negligence, misconduct or other non-excludable obligations.
Third-Party Tools, Activations, Credits & Refunds
Independent developers control GSM tools, cloud servers, licenses, supported models, prices and updates. TF Tech Solutions may act as authorized reseller, technical facilitator or rental provider for supported offerings; developers’ separate rules also apply.
Availability, server uptime, developer policies, security patches and support lists may change. We do not promise uninterrupted vendor services or perpetual compatibility.
Fees for valid digital activations or credits successfully delivered or consumed may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law and disclosed purchase terms. Where we fail to deliver a contracted product or make an attributable error, we will assess lawful correction, replacement or refund options.
Customers may not resell, share, reverse-engineer, misuse or distribute third-party access contrary to applicable licenses or law.
Remote Support & Customer Device Preparation
Remote assistance through AnyDesk, TeamViewer, UltraViewer or similar software is performed only with authorization and within an agreed scope. Customers must provide practical access, a reasonably stable computer, cable, power supply and connectivity and be available for approvals and physical device handling.
Power failures, poor cables, interrupted connectivity and defective PCs increase technical risk. We will explain relevant risks when reasonably foreseeable; statutory duties and responsibility for our own negligent conduct remain unaffected.
Customers should not disable antivirus or security protection merely as a routine prerequisite. Any exceptional adjustment requires explanation and explicit permission. Remote sessions must not be used to access unrelated customer information.
Quotes, Approvals, Diagnostic Fees & Payment
Initial estimates may change after diagnosis. We will seek approval before material changes to agreed scope or cost. Any diagnostic, third-party lookup, transport or bench fee must be disclosed before it is incurred, including when a repair proves unsuccessful.
Prices, availability and completion times are estimates unless explicitly confirmed in writing. Payments are accepted through methods communicated by TF Tech Solutions, including bank transfer, Raast, JazzCash, Easypaisa or cash, where available.
A completed device may be held for an outstanding charge only to the extent a lawful retention right exists. Customers receive appropriate receipts or transaction confirmation.
Collection, Storage & Uncollected Devices
Customers should collect or arrange return shipping promptly after completion or notice that repair is impractical. We may give written reminders and disclose reasonable storage charges prospectively before they apply.
Uncollected devices do not automatically become our property after 14, 30 or 60 days. Storage, retention, disposal or transfer of property will occur only through a legally valid basis and procedure, taking account of applicable bailment obligations.
Any right to retain items for outstanding service remuneration is subject to applicable law, including relevant provisions of the Contract Act, 1872. TF Tech Solutions does not claim an unrestricted right to dismantle, sell or scrap customers’ devices.
Limitation of Liability & Consumer Rights
To the maximum extent the law allows, neither party is responsible for remote or unforeseeable indirect losses not legally recoverable. No limitation here applies to rights or liabilities that law prohibits us from restricting.
In particular, the terms do not exclude responsibility for faulty or negligent services where such exclusion is prohibited, including under applicable consumer protection legislation. Any liability cap is effective only if independently lawful and enforceable for the particular claim.
Customer consent to normal technical risk does not remove our duty to exercise reasonable professional care.
Customer Misrepresentation & Indemnification
Customers must give truthful ownership details, honest service instructions and lawful permissions. They are responsible for unlawful actions that they independently direct or undertake.
To the extent permitted by law, customers may be responsible for reasonable third-party claims directly arising from intentional ownership fraud, unauthorized instructions or their independent illegal misuse of purchased tools.
This provision does not transfer responsibility for our negligence, misconduct, infringement or breach of law to the customer, and does not prevent legitimate consumer complaints or lawful authority inquiries.
Governing Law, Complaints & Severability
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Complaints should first be sent through our official email channel at hello@tftechsolution.com so they can be assessed and responded to.
Disputes may be brought before courts or consumer forums having lawful jurisdiction; nothing in these terms removes mandatory statutory remedies. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue where possible.
Official Business & Support Contacts
Support hours, if advertised, are indicative and may vary. Only transactions confirmed by an authorized TF Tech Solutions representative through official channels form part of our services.
Service Warranty, Rework & Exclusions
Any stated service warranty (including a 30-day warranty where expressly offered) applies only to the specific repaired fault and conditions shown in the invoice, quotation or warranty communication. Not every digital activation, software procedure or damaged-device repair automatically includes the same warranty.
Potential exclusions, to the extent lawful and disclosed at purchase, may include new physical/liquid damage, fresh software updates, subsequent third-party repairs, account-policy changes, external vendor outages and misuse. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Customers should report repeat faults promptly and provide a receipt or service reference. We may inspect the device to determine whether a rework, replacement, refund or other lawful remedy is appropriate.
Tool Rentals, Access Controls & Digital Misuse
Rental slots, remote tool access, credits and seat licenses may be time-limited and subject to the developer’s lawful terms. Access may be suspended for credential sharing, account abuse, interference with licensing systems or unlawful activities.
No rental or tool activation conveys ownership of third-party software or authorization to conduct restricted operations. The customer is responsible for lawful use of access provided to them.
Cancellation, Failed Work & Changes to Terms
Before technical work or third-party credit consumption starts, customers may request cancellation; applicable diagnostic or preparation charges must have been disclosed. Once a valid third-party credit is consumed or a digital license is delivered, cancellation may be restricted to the extent law allows.
An unsuccessful attempt does not automatically establish that the full quoted repair fee is payable. Any agreed attempt fee, diagnostics or consumed third-party charge must be communicated in advance, without limiting statutory remedies for faulty services.
We may update these terms prospectively. Changes will appear on the official website with a new effective date, and material changes to an existing booking will be communicated where relevant.
