Effective Date: 14 October 2026 Business / Jurisdiction: TF Tech Solutions · Pakistan Official Email: hello@tftechsolution.com
Section 01

Commitment to Privacy & Legal Framework

TF Tech Solutions is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of customers, website visitors and technical-service users. We seek to operate in accordance with applicable Pakistani law, including relevant provisions of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA), as amended, and applicable consumer protection requirements.

We do not sell, rent, trade or monetize customer personal data through advertising brokers or data aggregators. We use and disclose information only as reasonably necessary to handle inquiries, perform authorized services, process transactions, protect legitimate interests and comply with applicable law.

No facilitation of unlawful activity: This website is not offered to arrange, promote, instruct, broker or support stolen-device services, unauthorized access, unlawful security circumvention, fraudulent account access, illegal IMEI changes, device identity cloning, misuse of personal data or other unlawful activity. We may reject requests that raise these concerns.

Section 02

Information Collected & Reasons for Processing

  • Customer contact information: Name, WhatsApp number, email address and approximate location voluntarily provided for inquiries, service coordination or quotations.
  • Device and diagnostics: Brand, model, operating system, security patch, chipset, service symptoms, diagnostic results and limited technical identifiers reasonably required for the requested work.
  • Ownership and authorization verification: Where warranted by a security-sensitive request, we may inspect proof of purchase, a matching retail box, authorization from the owner, or other reasonable evidence. Government identification is not collected routinely; if truly needed, we seek the minimum required information and protect it appropriately.
  • Payments and transaction records: Invoice details, purchase descriptions and payment reference numbers needed for reconciliation, accounting or disputes. We do not ask for banking passwords, PINs, OTPs or cryptocurrency private keys.
  • Legal basis and purpose: We process information for service requests, customer instructions, legitimate service administration, consent-based activities, fraud prevention and applicable legal obligations, as appropriate to the circumstances.
Section 03

Personal Device Content & Data Loss

Our personnel must not intentionally inspect, browse, copy, disclose or distribute customer photographs, personal messages, contacts, private accounts, documents or unrelated files. Limited incidental access may arise while conducting an agreed diagnosis and must remain restricted to the authorized purpose.

Personal data will not deliberately be copied or retained unless the customer expressly requests an authorized backup, migration or recovery service. Repair, flash, bootloader, restore and reset operations may corrupt or permanently erase data. Customers should back up information beforehand where possible.

We cannot guarantee that every erasure operation removes all forensically recoverable traces; we also cannot guarantee recovery of damaged or encrypted information. Device content must never be used for training, marketing or portfolio purposes without an appropriate separate permission.

Section 04

WhatsApp Inquiries & Communications

Website contact buttons may launch WhatsApp to create a direct customer inquiry. Where no intermediary form processor is used, those message contents are not separately stored by a TF Tech Solutions website contact database.

WhatsApp and its business-service configurations apply their own encryption, retention and privacy arrangements. We cannot guarantee that every related backup, integration or business-service pathway is end-to-end encrypted.

Customer chats, attachments, invoices and technical screenshots are accessed only by personnel who need them for service delivery. Messages may be retained for support, records or legitimate disputes, subject to Section 08. Promotional contact, where undertaken, is subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

Section 05

Remote Support & Session Safety

Remote support may be performed with customer authorization using AnyDesk, TeamViewer, UltraViewer or another appropriate provider. Customers should close private content and remain present when practical.

We restrict activity to the agreed software, settings and tools. We do not intentionally enable unattended or persistent access without specific, informed permission. We end our active session at completion; customers should close the app and revoke permissions when they are no longer needed.

Session recordings and remote screen captures are not made or published without appropriate notice and permission unless required by law. Remote software providers apply their own privacy and security terms.

Section 06

Third-Party GSM Tools, Credits & Licensing

Where a legitimate activation, renewal or tool-credit transaction is requested, we may share the minimum license-related account information, device fingerprint or username required by the independent developer or distributor.

Tool vendors and server operators control their own infrastructure, licensing rules and privacy practices. We do not intentionally send unrelated personal media, private messages, banking credentials, PINs or authentication tokens to those providers.

We do not offer information-sharing or licensing services to facilitate unlawful security circumvention, stolen-device unlocking, unauthorized system access or illegal identity alteration. We may decline or discontinue suspicious requests.

Section 07

Website Hosting, Security, Cookies & External Content

Our website may use Cloudflare infrastructure and other hosting, DNS or security vendors. Such providers may process IP addresses, browser user agents, timestamps, request metadata and security events to provide site functionality and prevent abuse.

We do not intentionally deploy behavioral advertising or retargeting trackers unless separately disclosed and, where required, appropriately consented to. Essential hosting/security cookies and third-party embedded content may operate under their providers’ policies.

Links to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, payment providers and independent sites are outside our direct control. If embedded videos or widgets are used, those services may process technical usage data. This policy should be updated if analytics, forms, advertising pixels or other tracking are added.

Section 08

Retention, Secure Disposal & Deletion Requests

Basic repair logs and support records are ordinarily kept for no longer than 12 months where needed for service inquiries, warranty administration and disputes. This is an operational target, not an unconditional promise that all systems automatically delete every item on the same date.

Invoices, tax and accounting evidence, legally required records, active disputes and backups may be retained longer when reasonably necessary or legally required. Independent platforms may apply separate retention rules.

Customers may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal records at hello@tftechsolution.com. We will assess the request, verify identity where necessary and delete or anonymize eligible information within a reasonable period, subject to lawful retention requirements and technical limitations.

Section 09

Customer Choices & Privacy Requests

Subject to applicable law, customers may seek information about the personal records we maintain, request correction, withdraw optional permissions, request deletion of eligible records and ask how a security-sensitive service was authorized.

Withdrawing consent may prevent completion of the affected service. We may ask for reasonable verification before discussing or releasing private information. Privacy complaints can be sent through our official email at hello@tftechsolution.com.

Section 11

Lawful Ownership, Anti-Fraud & Restricted Requests

FRP services, account recovery, device unlocking, firmware restoration and other security-sensitive work are considered only for lawful owners or appropriately authorized representatives. We may request suitable evidence and refuse transactions when authorization is unclear.

We do not knowingly assist unlawful access to Apple, Google, Samsung, Xiaomi or other accounts; stolen, lost or finance-restricted devices; unauthorized MDM removal; circumvention of a third party’s lawful rights; or illegal manipulation of IMEI or other unique identifiers.

We do not publish or transfer instructions, customer credentials, private records or operational information for carrying out unlawful acts. Where disclosure to a competent authority is legally required or permitted, we will respond through an appropriate lawful process.

Section 12

Portfolio, Testimonials & Customer Reviews

Where case studies, service results or reviews are published, we seek appropriate permission or another lawful basis and limit public content to what is necessary to describe the work.

Before publication, we take reasonable steps to obscure WhatsApp identities, phone numbers, emails, profile images, IMEI/serial numbers, account identifiers, invoices, payment details, passwords and private messages. Customers may request review or removal of identifiable testimonials through our official privacy email at hello@tftechsolution.com.

Section 13

Security, Incidents & Policy Changes

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service, storage system or remote connection can be guaranteed completely secure. We investigate credible security incidents and provide notification where required by applicable law.

We may amend this policy when our services, software, hosting or legal requirements change. Material revisions will be reflected in the posted policy and effective date. This policy must be read together with the Terms & Conditions, without limiting non-waivable legal rights.
